Each person that is added to a report or job in Tap Inspect has been added to your Contacts.
You can now manage people from your Tap Inspect reports from your Tap Inspect web account.
Go to https://app.tapinspect.com and login with the same email and password you use with the app.
Once you are logged in you will see a Contacts option on the blue navigation bar in the top right corner. That will open your Contacts screen.
The basic layout and operation is very similar to the Saved Comments editor.
On the left side you can click on 'Everyone' to display all the contacts at once in the listing on the right. Below 'Everyone' is listed each Role you have used when adding people to your reports. Click on any Role to limit the listing to only people used in that Role. The number in the grey circles displays the number of people in that Role.
Clicking on any person in the list displays their details including which jobs that contact has been associated with. All of the contact details can be edited, including their available roles.
Clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner opens a menu that lets you manage a Role if you have a Role selected and also to Export contacts.
When exporting contacts you can choose to export Everyone or select one or more Roles to export.
If you choose 'Only Specific Roles' you want t add a check to each role you want included. Then click on export.
The export process will begin and the progress reported with a banner at the top of the screen. Then all the available exports will be displayed for download.
